Once your purchase is completed, you will be granted immediate access to the digital content. Because digital products cannot be returned, accessed content cannot be revoked, and delivery is instantaneous, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit under any circumstances.

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased product, please contact us at hello@mikewood.studio. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues promptly but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Mike Wood Studio to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension of access to any purchased products and future services.
